WIRELESS PH ELECTRODE
ITEM 6B
It is ideal for measuring the pH of agar plates, skin, and leather, plus with its flat glass tip, it allows a larger surface area to be covered. All readings are transmitted directly to your mobile or tablet device or the edge® blu.
BENEFITS EXPLAINED
Flat Glass Tip
A flat tip optimises surface contact for measurement on flat surfaces such as agar plates, skin, leather, paper, and samples that cannot easily be penetrated.
Glass Body
Glass is resistant to many harsh chemicals and is easily cleaned. The glass body also allows for a fast transfer of heat to the internal reference electrolyte allowing temperature compensation to happen rapidly leading to a steadier reading.
Open Junction Reference
The open junction design uses a solid gel interface between the sample and internal reference cell. This interface prevents silver from exiting the junction, but also makes it impermeable to clogging, resulting in a fast response and stable readings. The design allows for smaller sample sizes as there is no junction to submerge.
